we are currently hiring for two positions within our coffee shop!
our ideal candidates for these positions would be detail oriented, hardworking individuals with a passion for serving their community and a strong drive to learn.
we are a small, tight knit team who works together to create a welcoming environment for each person who walks through our door.
current openings:
primary barista : 25-30hr/week
barista : 15-20hr/week

25-30hr/week
wage based on experience
key responsibilities :
crafting and serving all espresso, tea, and coffee beverages
working concierge position
preparing syrups and concentrates
maintaining a clean, efficient and orderly workstation, cafe and kitchen area
conducting closing/opening duties
prep-work for service including stocking supplies, stamping cups and bags, and taking stock inventory
keeping an eye on the flower bar, flower cooler and helping guests make retail and floral purchases
answering phones and taking floral orders
qualifications :
barista and service experience is welcome and encouraged, but not required. all new hires will go through beginning comprehensive barista training with Jeremiah regardless of past experience. must have 5+ years work experience.
high comfort level and confidence working both independently and with team members.
strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, and high attention attention to detail.

schedule :
the schedule for this position includes mornings and afternoons during open business hours to be coordinated with candidate. weekend availability is required.
*this position spends the majority of the day on their feet, going up and down stairs and lifting occasional weight (gallons of milk, bags of bulk coffee, cases of supplies, bins of dishes, etc.)
